General terms and conditions

These are the general terms and conditions of Aelohi, established in the Netherlands. Trading under the name; Aelohi. www.aelohi.com Chamber of Commerce number: 77494474 VAT identification number: NL003202440B14

General/ Applicability

1.1 These general terms and conditions apply to all offers, orders and agreements of Aelohi. The conditions are accessible to everyone and included on the website of Aelohi.

1.2 By placing an order you indicate that you agree to the delivery and payment conditions.

1.3 Unless otherwise agreed in writing, the general or specific terms or conditions of third parties are not recognized by Aelohi.

1.4 Aelohi; reserves the right to amend its terms and conditions at any time.

Agreement

2.1 An agreement between Aelohi and a customer is concluded after your order has been placed and an order confirmation has been received via the specified email address.

2.2 Aelohi is entitled to refuse orders or to attach certain conditions to the delivery, unless expressly stated otherwise. If an order is not accepted, Aelohi will notify this within 10 days after receipt of the order.

Offers

3.1 Offers are without obligation unless stated otherwise.

3.2 Offers are subject to the availability of the products.

3.3 Aelohi is entitled to change or cancel offers without prior notice.

3.4 Aelohi is not bound by its offer if the purchaser should have understood that the offer, or a part thereof, contained an obvious error or mistake.

Prices

4.1 All prices on the site are subject to printing and typing errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typing errors.

4.2 All prices on the site are in Dollars and depending on destination excluding VAT. Shipping costs are not included in the price.

4.3 Aelohi is entitled to adjust prices at any time. Any price changes will not be implemented if you have already completed the order.

4.4 The customer is liable for any taxes and levies imposed by the country of receipt.

Payment

5.1 The customer can pay the amount due by means of electronic prepayment or payment by invoice if indicated during the ordering process.

5.2 If timely payment is not made, Aelohi is entitled to cancel the order and no agreement will have been concluded.

Delivery

6.1 Delivery times stated on the website are indicative. Therefore, no rights can be derived from the stated times.

6.2 Aelohi strives to meet the indicative delivery time as stated on the website.

6.3 Delivery will only take place after the amount to be paid has been received by Aelohi.

Right of withdrawal

7.1 The right of withdrawal does not apply to digital products. The customer has the right to return (part of) the delivered products within 30 working days after receipt, provided that: Aelohi has been contacted first. The products are unused, undamaged, unopened and in the original packaging. The customer is responsible for the costs of sending and for the risk of the package - and these costs and this risk are hereby accepted by the customer until Aelohi has received the package.

7.2 Subject to the provisions of Article 7.1, Aelohi will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to the customer within 14 days of receipt of the return shipment if shipped free of charge, minus shipping costs of €3.99.

7.3 Aelohi reserves the right to refuse returns if the product has not been received in good order and is entitled to charge costs.

Force majeur

8.1 Aelohi shall not be liable if and to the extent that its obligations cannot be fulfilled as a result of force majeure.

8.2 Force majeure is understood to mean any external cause, as well as any circumstance, which in all fairness should not be at its risk. Delays or default by our suppliers, disruptions in the internet, disruptions in the electricity, disruptions in e-mail traffic and disruptions or changes in technology supplied by third parties, transport difficulties, strikes, government measures, delays in supply, negligence of suppliers and/or manufacturers of Aelohi as well as of assistants, illness of personnel, defects in auxiliary equipment or means of transport are expressly considered force majeure.

8.3 In the event of force majeure, Aelohi reserves the right to suspend its obligations and is also entitled to dissolve the agreement in whole or in part, or to demand that the content of the agreement be amended in such a way that execution remains possible. In no event shall Aelohi be obliged to pay any fine or compensation.

Warranty

9.1 All Aelohi products are covered by the warranty period as determined by Aelohi or the manufacturer of the product.

9.2 This warranty shall not apply if: A) and as long as the customer is in default towards Aelohi; B) the customer has repaired and/or modified the delivered products themselves or has had them repaired and/or modified by third parties; C) the delivered products have been exposed to abnormal conditions or have otherwise been treated carelessly or in conflict with the instructions and/or instructions for use on the packaging.  10. 

Liability

10.1 Aelohi is not liable for damage to objects caused by incorrect use of products.

Complaints

11.1 The customer is obliged to check the delivered products immediately upon receipt. If it appears that the delivered product is incorrect, defective or incomplete, the customer must (before returning it to; Aelohi ; immediately report these defects to Aelohi's customer service. Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must and can be reported to Aelohi by e-mail no later than 14 working days after delivery. The product must be returned in the original packaging (including accessories and accompanying documentation) and in new condition. Commissioning after discovery of a defect, damage occurring after discovery of a defect, encumbrance and/or resale after discovery of a defect, completely forfeits this right to complain and return.

11.2 The customer is responsible for the shipping costs and the risk of the package until Aelohi has received the package.

11.3 If, after examination by Aelohi, it appears that the products do not comply with the agreement, the customer is entitled to a replacement article, if still available, or a refund of the value of the product.  12. 

Data management

12.1 If you place an order with Aelohi, your details will be included in Aelohi's customer database. Aelohi complies with the Personal Data Protection Act and will not provide your details to third parties. See our Privacy Policy.

12.2 Aelohi respects the privacy of the users of the website and ensures that your personal data is treated confidentially.

12.3 Aelohi uses a mailing list in some cases. Each mailing contains instructions to remove yourself from this list.
